Upgrade includes:

  • new programmable control panel BCP6 (memory for setting of 450 programmable cutting steps)
  • new switchboard and new electrical equipment in machine inclusive new cables
  • air cushion- table
  • new leading stones of blade holder
  • new nuts of backgauge leadscrew
  • positive mechanical locking of the knife in the top dead position (TDC)
  • complete overhaul and new sealing of hydraulic system
  • new anticorrosive internal coating
  • new external painting
  • 1 additional blade

Option:

  •  safety infra-red barrier guard
  •  automatic cutting operation (safety infra-red barrier guadrs has to be applied in this case)

  •  reciprocating ball bearing drive for the backgauge leadscrew
